For each file uploaded or attached to a message, you know who opened or downloaded it.

- Each request specifies the destination folder and the naming rule for documents.

- Files display without being downloaded and can be retrieved as an archive.

- Add a watermark to shared documents.
- Views
- For each file uploaded or attached to a message, you know who opened or downloaded it.
- Already sent?
- Check that a document has not already been sent, without sending it: the check runs on your device.
- Size
- No size limit per file uploaded to Nestor. Total storage depends on your plan.
- Connectors
- Import and export your files with SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, S3, or SFTP.

Apply a watermark overlay on files downloaded from the digital vault.

02Who does what
The right people, the right documents.
Space by space, you set who can upload, create folders, and download. Everyone in a space sees the same documents: to keep two parties apart, open a space for each.
For each file, Nestor shows who viewed or downloaded it, participant by participant.

- Coming soon: retention and end-of-access rules applied automatically to your documents.
- Connectors import and export files. They do not continuously sync folders, and an imported file cannot exceed 100 MB.
- Fully sovereign European hosting, in France. Files encrypted at rest by the hosting provider.

Is there a size limit per file?
No, for files uploaded to Nestor. Imports from a connector are limited to 100 MB per file, and total storage depends on your plan.
Can we find an old version of a document?
Yes. The version history lets you view and restore a previous version.
Can we import documents from SharePoint or Google Drive?
Yes. Connectors import and export files with SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, S3, SFTP, and FTP. An HTTP(S) address is for export only.
Can documents be deleted automatically after a set period?
Not yet. Retention and end-of-access rules applied automatically are in development.
