Hiring, internships, suppliers: documents gathered and tracked.

Healthcare facilities exchange many documents that are not medical. Each person uploads theirs in their own space, and you see what is missing.

What Nestor does for you

  • Gather a newly hired caregiver's documents before their first day.
  • Collect documents from interns, suppliers, and service providers, with reminders.
  • Share confidential documents with your partners, and see who viewed them.

What stays outside Nestor

  • Patient records and any health data, which require an HDS-certified host.
  • Public contracts of public facilities, which go through their buyer profile (profil d'acheteur).

  3. 03ContractThe contract is signed online, from their space, with a simple electronic signature.
  4. 04First dayThe file is complete and filed before the first day. The space is closed, and its history can still be consulted.

03Health data

Patient records stay outside Nestor.

In France, hosting personal health data on behalf of a third party requires a host with the French health data hosting certification (HDS), under the French Public Health Code (code de la santé publique), article L. 1111-8. Nestor is not HDS-certified: it is used for the facility's administrative exchanges, not for patient records.

For these exchanges, the data is hosted in France on fully sovereign European infrastructure, and you decide who is invited to each space and what they can do there.

Fully sovereign European hosting, in France. Files encrypted at rest by the hosting provider.
Space by space, you set what each person can do: write, upload, download.
Through SSO (SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect), configured by your administrator.
For each file uploaded or attached to a message, you know who opened or downloaded it.
Every upload, view, and validation is logged and can be exported.
