Frequently asked questions
Why aren't prices displayed?
Because they depend on your volumes: number of managers, active spaces, storage, and signatures. We would rather make you an accurate proposal than display a price list that would not match your usage.
How long is the commitment?
Twelve months from subscription. The contract then renews automatically for twelve months, unless terminated by registered letter at least 30 days before the anniversary date. You pay monthly by direct debit, or once a year.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. A pilot usually lasts three months, on a single use case: it lets you check that Nestor fits your needs before rolling it out more widely. It is billed.
Can we increase our volumes during the contract?
Yes. On request, we adjust your contract. You can also pay à la carte for what you add.
Is setup included?
No. Setup, which includes onboarding your teams, is not part of the subscription: it appears separately in your quote.
Are SSO or the API paid add-ons?
No. SSO, branding, sending from your own domain, and the API are included.
How is electronic signature billed?
The Yousign signature provided by Nestor is billed per signature. You can also use your own Yousign or DocuSign account.
Is a campaign limited in number of recipients?
No. A campaign can include hundreds or thousands of recipients. Each one gets a space, counted among your active spaces.
What happens to our data at the end of the contract?
For 30 days, an export of your data and documents is available in a standard format. They are then securely deleted, unless the law requires them to be kept.
