Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a space, a campaign, and a portal?
The space is where the exchange for a file happens. A campaign opens a private space for each recipient of the same request. A portal is a public link: each submission creates a space, which your team accepts to continue the exchange.
Do the people you work with need to create an account?
No. They sign in with a link or a code received by email, or with their Google or Microsoft account. On a portal, they upload their documents after their email address is verified.
Can we connect Nestor to our tools?
Yes: a documented REST API, webhooks, SSO with SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect, file import and export with SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, S3, or SFTP, and emails sent from your domain.
Where is the data hosted?
In France, on fully sovereign European infrastructure, with no dependency on the US CLOUD Act. Exchanges are encrypted in transit, and files are encrypted at rest by the hosting provider.
