Article 1: Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) is to define the rules for accessing and using the Nestor solution, published by Paprwork, by any authorized user under a subscription taken out by a professional Customer. Use of the platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use by every user, whether administrator, collaborator or guest.

Article 2: Access to the service

Access to the Nestor solution is subject to a subscription being taken out by a professional Customer. Each authorized user accesses the platform with personal credentials and is solely responsible for keeping them confidential.

Paprwork reserves the right to suspend access to the platform in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, fraudulent use, or non-payment observed under the contract entered into with the Customer.

Article 3: Available features

Use of the features described below also implies the user’s express acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Users can access the following features (non-exhaustive list):

  • Creation and management of secure exchange spaces
  • Sharing documents in a digital safe (coffre-fort numérique)
  • Launching sending campaigns (documents, questionnaires, etc.)
  • Signing documents through electronic signature providers
  • Tracking of actions, reminders, history and secure archiving
  • Interactions through polls, document requests or secure transmission.

Some features may be enabled or disabled depending on the subscription taken out.

Article 4: User obligations

The user is solely responsible for the content, documents and information they upload, transmit or distribute through the platform. Paprwork cannot be held liable for this content or for its possible legal consequences.

Each user undertakes to:

  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not divert the tools made available from their intended purpose
  • Not introduce any unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties
  • Respect the confidentiality of the exchanges and documents they have access to.

Article 5: Personal data and security

The data processed through Nestor is stored securely for the entire duration of the subscription.

Paprwork implements the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure data protection. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users can exercise their rights by contacting: support@wearenestor.com

In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR (right to data portability), any user may request an export of their data in a standard format. This request must be sent by email to support@wearenestor.com and will be processed within a reasonable time. If the service is discontinued, this export option is guaranteed until the actual closing date, then for a period of thirty (30) days following that date, before the data is permanently deleted.

Paprwork acts as the Customer's processor (sous-traitant) within the meaning of the GDPR. Paprwork may also act as a service provider where the contract so provides.

The processing of personal data carried out by Paprwork on behalf of the Client is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), accepted together with these Terms of Use. A signed version is available on request.

Article 6: Intellectual property

The Nestor solution, its structure, features, visuals and content are the exclusive property of Paprwork. No reproduction, use or misappropriation is permitted without Paprwork’s written consent.

Article 7: Account suspension or deletion

Termination of the contract between the Customer and Paprwork must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception, LRAR) to the following address: 225 rue des Templiers, 59000 Lille.

If the contract between the Customer and Paprwork is terminated, all associated user accounts will be deactivated, and access to the platform will be suspended at the end of the contractual period.

Paprwork reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in the event of a manifest breach of the Terms of Use or fraudulent use. When the service is discontinued at Paprwork’s initiative, the notice and archiving conditions defined in Article 9 apply.

Article 8: Changes to the Terms of Use

Paprwork may change the Terms of Use at any time. Any change will be notified through the platform or by email and will apply as soon as it is published.

Article 9: Changes to and discontinuation of the services

Paprwork reserves the right to change its service offering, in particular by modifying, replacing or discontinuing all or part of the features offered.

In this context, the Paprwork service will be discontinued as of December 31, 2026. Users will be informed of this discontinuation with reasonable notice, allowing them to organize the recovery of their data and any transition to other solutions.

Until that date, Users may request an export of their data in a standard format, in accordance with their right to data portability under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

After the service discontinuation date, the data will be kept for a limited period of thirty (30) days to allow Users who have not yet exported their data to do so on request, before permanent deletion.

Paprwork does not guarantee the automatic migration of data to another service or platform, as this requires explicit action by the User.

Article 10: Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille Métropole.
