Year-end documents, without chasing every client.

Each client knows what you expect from them and by when. You see incomplete files at a glance, and reminders go out on their own.

03Professional secrecy

Tax and banking data, somewhere other than email attachments.

Bank statements, tax returns, payslips: what goes back and forth between a firm and its clients is sensitive. In Nestor, each client has their own space and only sees their own documents. Professional secrecy remains organized by the firm.

Chartered accountants (experts-comptables) are among the professions subject to anti-money laundering obligations under the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier), article L. 561-2. Nestor collects identification documents; verifying them remains your responsibility.

Space by space, you set what each person can do: write, upload, download.
For each file uploaded or attached to a message, you know who opened or downloaded it.
Emails are sent from the firm's address, in its colors.
Every upload, view, and validation is logged and can be exported.
Fully sovereign European hosting, in France. Files encrypted at rest by the hosting provider.

04Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. They sign in with a link or a code sent by email, or with their Google or Microsoft account.

Can the emails be sent from the firm's address?

Yes, with your own sending server, including Microsoft 365, and your colors in the emails and on the screens your clients see.

Can we adapt the request to each type of client?

Yes. Prepare one template per engagement or client profile, and reuse it at every closing.

Can we import our client list?

Yes, from a CSV file, with the attributes of your choice to target your mailings.

Does Nestor connect to our accounting production software?

Not directly. Nestor has a documented API, webhooks, and file connectors (SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, S3, SFTP) to transfer documents to your tools.

Where is the data hosted?

In France, on fully sovereign European infrastructure, with no dependency on the US CLOUD Act. Exchanges are encrypted in transit, and files are encrypted at rest by the hosting provider.
