The data is hosted in France, on fully sovereign European infrastructure, with no dependency on the US CLOUD Act. Nestor is pursuing ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, and the documents of this process are available on request.
Nestor helps you meet certain requirements: traceability, access control, hosting in France. Compliance remains your organization's responsibility.

Can Nestor receive bids for a public contract?
No. Public contracts are awarded through your buyer profile, which follows its own rules. Nestor is for your other document exchanges: grant applications, committee documents, exchanges with your partners.
Do project leads need to create an account?
No. They sign in with a link or a code sent by email, with no password, from any browser.
Can our staff sign in with the organization's directory?
Yes, through SSO (SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect), configured by your administrator.
Can we export the record of the exchanges?
Yes. The activity log of each space, campaign, or portal can be exported as CSV.
Where is the data hosted?
In France, on fully sovereign European infrastructure, with no dependency on the US CLOUD Act. Exchanges are encrypted in transit, and files are encrypted at rest by the hosting provider.
