Nestor grew out of a very concrete problem.
Request documents, wait, send reminders, then dig for them in email threads. Antonia Bova lived this kind of document collection while working in law, before co-founding Nestor so that it would finally happen in one place.

From tedious collection to a document exchange platform.
Before Nestor, Antonia Bova worked in law, where a file moves forward at the pace of the documents received. One missing ID, one proof that is too old, and everything waits.
Her idea: requesting, receiving, and tracking documents should happen in one place, in a secure setting, instead of in email threads. That is still what Nestor does, with secure spaces, campaigns, and portals.
