From supplier to store, every document in the right place.
A retailer exchanges documents with three circles: the suppliers it lists, the stores and franchisees of its network, and the people who work there. Each exchange gets its own space, reminders and record.

In France, for a contract of at least €5,000 excluding VAT, the social contributions certificate must be requested again every six months until the contract ends. For all your suppliers, a campaign sends the same request to each one, with a private space per supplier: six months later, duplicate it, adjust the dates, then send it.

04Regulatory framework
The obligations remain yours. Nestor organizes the exchanges.
In France, the vigilance duty requires a company to ask its contractors, for any contract of at least €5,000 excluding VAT, for their social contributions certificate (attestation de vigilance) and proof of registration, then to ask for them again every six months until the contract ends (French Labor Code, articles L. 8222-1, R. 8222-1 and D. 8222-5). Nestor collects the certificates and sends reminders; checking them remains with your teams.
When you license your brand to a franchisee and require an exclusive or near-exclusive commitment, French law requires you to give them a pre-contractual information document and the draft contract at least twenty days before signing, or before any sum is paid (French Commercial Code, article L. 330-3; content set by article R. 330-1). Nestor keeps a record of the document's upload and views; its content and the deadline remain your responsibility.

05Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Do our suppliers need to create an account?
No. On a portal, they submit their documents after verifying their email address with a code. Then they access their space with a link or a code received by email.
Does Nestor check that the certificates are authentic?
No. Nestor collects the certificates, files them, and reminds those who have not sent them. Checking their authenticity with the issuing body remains with your teams.
Can we remind suppliers and stores automatically?
Yes, in a campaign. Scheduled once, reminders go out at your pace and stop for those who have answered.
Our network covers several countries: does everyone see Nestor in their language?
The interface and emails are available in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.
How many recipients can a campaign reach?
Hundreds or thousands of recipients, with no cap, each in their own space.
