Portfolio monitoring: each company's financial statements, every year.
A campaign asks each portfolio company for its financial statements and its questionnaire, then for the signature of its certificate, each in its own space.
01Today
Dozens of portfolio companies, as many reminders.
Every year, you ask each portfolio company for its financial statements, tax returns, certificates and ESG data. Requests go out by email, answers come back through several channels, and tracking lives in a spreadsheet.
- Financial statements sent by the accountant, others by the CEO, with no overall view.
- An ESG questionnaire returned as a spreadsheet, to be typed in again.
- A different certificate for each company, to be signed one by one.
- Reminders dragging on until the fund's year-end closing.

04Scope and limits
Your agreements set what you request. Nestor organizes the collection.
The information to obtain from portfolio companies follows from your shareholders' agreements, your reporting commitments to your investors and your responsible investment policy. Nestor requests it, sends reminders and organizes it; your teams analyze it and do the valuation.
Nestor does not produce your ESG reports: the answers can be exported to your reporting tools.

05Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Can the company's accountant answer?
Yes. The recipient can be the CEO, the CFO or the accountant, and a space can bring together several people from the same company.
Can each company sign a different certificate?
Yes. In a campaign, each recipient signs their own document with a simple electronic signature.
Can the questionnaire answers feed our tools?
Forms export to PDF, files to your storage, and your tools can retrieve the data through the API. There is no ready-made integration with reporting software.
Can we add a portfolio company during a campaign?
Yes. New recipients receive the same request in their own space. A signature request already sent is not sent to them: you send it from their space.
Do the CEOs have to create an account?
No. They open their space with a link or a code received by email, or with their Google or Microsoft account.
