Investor subscriptions: from KYC to the signed subscription form.

Each subscriber uploads their documents, fills in the questionnaire and signs their subscription form in their own space. A campaign shows you who is ready for the closing.

01Today

A closing waiting for the last document.

ID, proof of address, source of funds, questionnaire, signed subscription form: a subscription file brings together many items. When they arrive by email and by mail, every incomplete file delays the subscription, and the compliance team chases documents by hand.

  • Subscription forms signed by hand, badly scanned, sometimes missing the last page.
  • Supporting documents that are too old and have to be requested again.
  • Foreign investors receiving documents in French.
  • No overall view of which files are ready before the closing.

02What you request

The documents, the questionnaire, then the signature.

Examples to adapt to your know-your-customer procedure and to the fund's documentation.

  • DocumentID and proof of addressWith an instruction on how recent they must be: a document that is too old is sent back with a reason.
  • FormThe investor questionnaireSituation, experience, source of funds: questions that adapt to the answers, and supporting documents requested only when needed.
  • SignatureThe subscription formEach investor's own subscription form, prepared by your teams and signed online with a simple electronic signature.
  • Sent by youThe fund's documentationPlaced in the space, with a record of who has viewed it.

05Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Does Nestor verify the investors' identity?

No. Nestor collects, organizes and tracks the documents, and your teams check them. Identity verification under French anti-money laundering rules, the source of funds and the investor profile remain the work of your teams or your provider.

Can each subscriber sign their own subscription form?

Yes. In a campaign, each recipient signs their own document with a simple electronic signature.

Can an adviser help the investor?

Yes. A space can bring together several outside contacts: the investor and their adviser, each with the permissions you give them.

Can our foreign investors use Nestor in their language?

The interface and the emails are available in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.

Can we connect Nestor to our investor management tool?

Through the documented API, webhooks and file connectors (SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, S3, SFTP). There is no ready-made connector for fund management software.
